The Saint Petersburg Military Engineering-Technical University (Nikolaevsky) ((ロシア語:Санкт-Петербургский Военный инженерно-технический университет), VITU), previously known as the Saint Petersburg Nikolaevsky Engineering Academy, was established in 1810 under Alexander I.
